Cancelled Appointments

We ask that our customers please extend us the courtesy of
cancelling with a minimum 48 hours notice.

While we understand emergencies arise, we do regretfully
inform you that any cancelled appointment that does not
observe the 48 hour request for bookings made for 5pm or
later on a Thursday evening, or any Saturday booking
will attract a $20 cancellation fee.

The fee will be charged at the time of your next visit.
